Good morning, afternoon or evening ya’ll!

I hope you’re enjoying this journey we’re on together! It really is a journey! We hope Full of Days is a community where encouragement, motivation and guidance is found to help along your way, wherever that is, in a transition to a healthier life.

With Spring's arrival I’ve already been daydreaming about camping and summer cookouts, which has turned into recipe testing with batch after batch of homemade graham crackers, marshmallows, summer salads and sourdough wraps. YUM!

I know we still have some rainy weather ahead of us (or at least I hope we do) so I’ve also been testing out a few new soup recipes and whipped up a killer DIY Bisquick Mix that went into a scrumptious Chicken and Dumpling soup (perfect for even my “non-baker” friends...you know who you are!).

Is there something specific you’d like to see on Full of Days? By all means, drop us a note and let us know what it is!

Are you seeing us on Facebook? We’re still here! We’re also on Twitter, Pinterest and Google+. Be sure to say something (literally anything) on our posts to be sure you keep seeing them in your newsfeed (yes, Facebook works this way)...we’d hate to get lost in the shuffle and have you miss something!

Now, onto the newsletter!
