Happy Spring Friends!

We hope this newsletter is finding you with a little skip in your step as SPRING IS FINALLY HERE! We got a glimpse of Spring-like weather over the weekend and our vitamin D stores got a little boost (which we noticed in our chipper demeanor)! Of course, we were brutally reminded of our geographical location when we awoke to snow on Easter morning! #northidaho

Which reminds me...HAPPY BELATED EASTER!

Since Spring cleaning is on everyone’s mind this time of year, I thought it a great idea to do a quick recap of the first quarter and see where we’re at with our Healthy Changes. The good news is, you’re not being graded, and no one knows if you’ve kept them or not (although, if you asked us to keep you accountable, consider this your gentle nudge!).

In January we focused on improving our sleep, buying one essential oil a month, familiarizing ourselves with cooking oils, and identifying and writing down every product we use in our home. In February we learned about EMF’s and how they can disturb our sleep, the benefits of bone broth, how we can find time in our day to help implement these healthy changes (and make them lifelong realities) and we found better alternatives for the unhealthy condiments lurking in our refrigerator. Finally, last month we swapped out our shampoo and conditioner (if needed) for well rated products, we vowed to consume adequate healthy fats, grabbed those lists of products and decided to purchase A-rated products once they ran out, and we took a good hard look at the fragrances we use in our homes.

I hope, after reading this, you’re proud of yourself! Even if you accomplished one of these goals it’s a step in the right direction! If nothing else, you have a roadmap for where you’re headed and definite support from us in getting there.

We would LOVE to hear how you’re doing with these changes. Click on any of the links above to comment on the changes you’re making, share with us the products you’ve purchased and whether you’re pleased with them or not and any questions you have! We love the community that’s being built at Full of Days and enjoy hearing from you!

Now go out and enjoy that sun (while it’s out)!
