Fermenting

Fermenting is a favorite of mine, I love getting healthy probiotics in a delicious drink, condiment or side. Some of my favorites are fermented pineapple salsa, heirloom sauerkraut, milk kefir (which is fantastic as a base for smoothies), and, of course, kombucha and water kefir.
